Based on the success of our web based "Shipment Tracker", we have expanded the capabilities, offered only to reps and dealers, with the introduction of "Order Tracker".

Last year Code 3 / PSE Amber developed and released a web-based process allowing reps and dealers to track their own shipments. The process was very well received, making it easy to determine "when" and "how" your product shipped.

"Order Tracker" still allows a customer to see shipment information, but it now also shows open orders with estimated ship dates. Users of "Shipment Tracker" will quickly see that there is no change in the method of access or manner of inquiry.

The process is very easy to use and understand, and costs you absolutely nothing. It is available to you 24 hours a day - 7 days a week from your own computer with Internet access. In order to maintain your account activity confidentiality, the website is "secured".

If you are already registered on the web site and using the Shipment Tracker, you now have access to the new Order Tracker features.

For those reps and dealers who are not yet registered and would like to gain access to this feature, we require that you complete the following registration process. This is a quick one-time procedure and it works this way:

1. Log on to the Code 3 / PSE Amber website at http://www.code3pse.com
2. Select either Code 3 or PSE Amber
3. Click on the red or yellow "Distributor/Rep Login" button located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
4. Follow the "To request a login or manage your account, click here" link at the bottom of the page.
5. Take a few moments to supply the required basic customer data

A Code 3 / PSE Amber service representative will verify your rep / dealer status, update your account data in our system, and return a User ID and Password to you via e-mail response. Follow the simple instructions to access the "Order Tracker" and begin following up on those order details using your P.O.# or order #.
